Raamhoekie is a family-owned business with a passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and community.
Our story began in 1991, when our mom started framing from home while raising two small children. Inspired by her father, an oil painter who framed his own artworks, she took the leap to turn her love for framing into a business – helping clients preserve and showcase their most treasured pieces.
As the years went by, Raamhoekie grew alongside the family.
In 2003 the business moved from the family home into a small premises, and just a year later our dad joined in after leaving the police service. Together, they expanded into a bigger space, making room for a brand-new addition – a full range of art supplies.
By 2008 and 2009, both daughters had joined the team, turning Raamhoekie into a true family affair.
Today, Raamhoekie is proud to offer custom picture framing of almost anything you can imagine – from photos and certificates to fine art, sports memorabilia, and more. With decades of hands-on experience, we believe that if you name it, we can frame it.
Alongside this, our art supply store has grown into a trusted space for beginners, hobbyists, and professional artists to find quality materials that inspire creativity.
